Electrical connection

To make a good electrical connection to the electrified fence, choose a high-quality high-voltage cable and connectors made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
Here are our suggestions.

CABLE FOR HIGH VOLTAGE

Teflon insulated cable is a specially manufactured double-insulated cable sold by the metre. It carries the power from a mains energiser to the nearest tape point or carries power between tape runs. It can be laid above or below ground.

POWER CONNECTING CLIPS

Power should not be directly applied to tape as, in time it burns through the filaments. This connector slips over the tensioner (Rif. 44) or buckle (Rif. 22/24) upright and makes a perfect electrical contact.

INTER-CONNECTOR WIRE

Allows the right current transport from the tape on top to the one below. It is advisable to allow at least 2. Every fence, every door and at least 1 or partition (add one more after each round of the second height). It is 70 cm long and needs to be fixed on ReF. 44 or Ref. 24
