PAYMENT: payment can be made in the following ways:

- Cash on delivery

- PayPal by sending money to info@badifarm.com (goods and services option)

Cash on delivery will have a 2% markup, while online payment with PayPal has   commission costs   of 4%; if you want to avoid this top-up you can make a bank transfer, specifying all your data and the date of the order made out to BCC -ag. by Buguggiate - IBAN IT55A0840450700000000043639 -BIC.

The prices in the list are VAT. included. The prices displayed online and present in the paper price lists distributed during the fairs may undergo variations due to the increase in prices of the raw material. Price changes cannot give rise to recourse.

The relevant invoice will be sent at the same time as the order is sent.

ORDER RECEPTION Once the order has been received, the Badi Farm offices may contact the Customer at the e-mail address or telephone number indicated to clarify any doubts, confirm the order or for any other matter relating to the processing of the same example. delivery, transport quotation on request, availability.

In special cases, such as, for example, if several customers order the same product at the same time, the product may not be available. In this case, the Customer will be informed that the order cannot be processed.

If a product is out of stock or the order cannot be processed for any other reason, the Customer will be notified by e-mail or telephone of any order processing problems and possible solutions. In case of urgency it will be possible to anticipate the delivery of the goods immediately available and send the missing goods at a later time and / or replace the temporarily missing item with another equivalent in terms of quality / price ratio.

DELIVERY From the receipt of the order (and relative payment) we rapidly undertake to prepare and ship the goods in the warehouse if this is available for immediate delivery; depending on the time of year, at the end of winter and early summer as well as after important trade fairs, delivery may take approximately 30 working days (it will be our duty to notify you by email or by telephone of the timing and any delays).

Attention to holidays, strikes by hauliers and traffic bans: they could delay delivery, therefore no responsibility can be attributed to Badi Farm srl in case of delay in the delivery of the order.

Once the package has been processed from our office, the shipment of the goods is entrusted to an express courier who delivers on the national territory in 24/48 hours from the moment the goods are entrusted (72 hours for the South, major islands and disadvantaged areas).

As soon as the goods leave the warehouse, the customer will receive an SMS to the number indicated in the order phase with the confirmation of departure of the goods from our warehouse with a tracking code and a second SMS during delivery.

Once you have received your package, please check:
• that the number of packages indicated on the carrier's letter is actually the one delivered
• that the package is intact and undamaged; any complaints must be raised immediately to the courier, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly. If the damage is easily found, please refuse the delivery or accept with reserve.

For goods over 50 kg or for excessive volumes, a price increase will be made and a communication will be made so that you can possibly evaluate whether or not to confirm the order placed.

STOCKS: MANAGEMENT AND COSTS If the courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, a second delivery will be made the next day. If even in this case the courier does not find anyone or if the customer notifies a different delivery address once the order has already been collected from our warehouse, the recipient will be charged for the costs incurred for storage and return to the address indicated or for the return to the sender to be paid by bank transfer directly to the courier (equal to the return shipping costs of the package + dossier costs.

TRANSPORT: the transport is paid by the buyer and given the favorable agreement that we have acquired with various national express carriers, it will be invoiced to you directly by us.

Pay attention to the cost of transport for goods with excessive weight and volume, wooden poles, movable panels and for feeding troughs, always ask us for a quote. Packaging: included at our expense, unless special requests.

IMPORTANT: there is a surcharge for the delivery of parcels to smaller islands and the Venice lagoon or places that are particularly difficult to reach, the supplement is equal to € 20.00.

OWNERSHIP OF THE GOODS: until full payment, the goods are the exclusive property of BADI FARM as per legal provisions and agreed upon signing the order.

Product warranty
LEGAL WARRANTY

The products purchased are always accompanied by a legal guarantee that covers production and conformity defects (e.g. malfunctions, breakdowns and breakages resulting from normal use, defects in the goods) of the products themselves for 24 months from the date of delivery of the product.

The legal guarantee is not valid if it was the consumer who caused the damage, or if the consumer knew or could have known the defect at the time of purchase, or if the lack of conformity derives from instructions or materials provided by the consumer

The legal guarantee entitles the seller to request:

at the consumer's choice, the repair or replacement of the goods, free of charge, provided that the requested solution is not impossible or excessively expensive compared to the alternative, considering: the extent of any defect, the value of the product without defect and the possibility that the alternative can be implemented avoiding significant inconvenience to the customer;

in the event that the repair or replacement is impossible, excessively burdensome or is late or involves significant inconvenience for the customer and is not effective in solving the problem, the customer has the right to request a price reduction or termination of the contract. In determining the amount of the reduction or the sum to be returned, the use of the property must be taken into account. In any case, for minor defects for which it was not possible to repair or replace the product, it will not be possible to terminate the contract.

The seller repairs or replaces the product within a maximum of 60 days from delivery, excluding the time necessary to procure spare parts that are not immediately available.

In order to enforce the guarantee, the customer must by law:

keep and show the purchase invoice;
report the defect of the product within one (1) month from the date of purchase;

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The online customer who acts as a consumer is given the right to withdraw from the contract, as provided for in Articles. 64 - 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, called the Consumer Code.

It should be noted that, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the customer is a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, and therefore makes the purchase by indicating the tax code and not the Part Number VAT, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the customer has diligently guarded the goods to be returned which must be absolutely intact.

You accept the return of any item in perfect condition, intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with accessories and all that was originally contained. The shipment until receipt in our office is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any damage, theft or loss occurring during transport and for uninsured returned shipments. The cost of transport for the returned products is charged to the customer.

 

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

In the letter in which you ask to make use of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank or postal current account to re-credit the amount due (complete IBAN and current account holder) if the order has not been paid with Credit Card or PayPal, as well as the possibility of receiving a purchase voucher of the same value to be used over the course of one (1) year on the website www.badifarm.com.

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods (not before receipt of the goods), Badi Farm srl will reimburse the customer by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, the sum paid excluding ancillary costs (cash on delivery fee if due or shipment).

Upon arrival, the returned product or products will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the property, in cases where Badi Farm srl ascertains:
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, internal or external parts of the product, components of the goods ...)
- damage to the product due to transport or causes other than its transport

ATTENTION: There is no right to claim the guarantee if the defect or damage has been caused by improper use:

repairs or interventions carried out improperly and incorrectly;
handling of assembly components;
defects or damage caused by falling, breaking, lightning or infiltration of liquids.

Alongside the legal guarantee of conformity, BADI FARM SRL offers a conventional guarantee on the product only: ANTI-SHOCK SAFETY TAPE available and purchasable on the site with the following references:

The 10-year warranty from purchase becomes invalid when:
